No cottage stays on these days, except for Special Events approved by General Manager!

Cancellation Policy

Guest Suite, 3 Room or 1 Cottage -  All reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance to avoid 100% forfeiture of funds.

2 or 3 Cottages -All reservations must be cancelled 45 days in advance to avoid 100% forfeiture of funds.

4 Cottages -All reservations must be cancelled 60 days in advance to avoid 100% forfeiture of funds.

Limits on Number of guests per member:
**No one under the age of 21 is allowed to stay in cottages**

A member will be limited to host 7 guests (two foursomes) per visit.
If you are a corporate member, you must have one representative for every 7 guests you bring.

Limits on Cottage Reservations:
A national or individual member cannot have more than 2 bookings at any one time.
A corporate member cannot have more than 3 bookings at any one time.
Beginning Date to Make Advanced Cottage Reservations: Once the current season begins we open up the Calendar for the following season for advanced reservations.  A member will only be allowed advanced reservations for that following season.
